Catering Workshop
In this workshops members join in with a real, working cafe. People learn cooking skills such as preparing hot meals for hungry Cellar Project workshop users, conference members, and outside events.
Wholesome nutritional produce is used, often grown in the Cellar Project's own allotments. Cooking a wide range of recipes, members learn in a safe, friendly environment.
Members can also study towards a certificate in Basic Food Hygiene.
